Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by B3D Group Sdn Bhd, operating as 3D Forger ("we", "us", "our"), including the websites 3dforger.com and 3dforger.online, and all 3D printing, design, and fabrication services.

1. Services

3D Forger provides industrial 3D printing, digital fabrication, design services, and related consultation. Services are subject to availability, material stock, and technical feasibility. We reserve the right to decline projects that do not meet our technical or ethical standards.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders placed via 3dforger.online are subject to automated quoting. Final pricing may vary based on manual review for complex parts. Payment terms are net-14 for corporate accounts and prepayment for new clients. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

3. Production and Delivery

Standard production time is 3–7 business days from order confirmation. Rush orders are available at additional cost. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We ship via reputable courier services within Malaysia. International shipping is available upon request.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to designs and files you provide. By submitting files, you confirm that you own or have authorisation to use the designs. 3D Forger will not reproduce, distribute, or share your designs without your explicit consent. We may photograph completed projects for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Quality and Returns

We strive for dimensional accuracy within ±0.3mm for SLS, ±0.1mm for SLA, and ±0.5mm for FDM. If a part does not meet agreed specifications due to our error, we will reprint at no charge. Returns for buyer's remorse, design errors in client-provided files, or aesthetic preferences are not accepted.

6. Limitation of Liability

3D Forger's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, production delays, or third-party claims.

7. Prohibited Uses

We reserve the right to refuse orders for: weapons or weapon components, counterfeit goods, items infringing third-party intellectual property, or items intended for illegal purposes under Malaysian law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
