1:10 scale H10 locomotive display model fabricated by 3D Forger Malaysia for SMH Rail
Replica & Display Models · Malaysia

Replicated to the rivet.Aircraft, trains, vehicles — any scale.

Display models and full-scale mockups of the things that are hard to bring to a show floor — airliners, an eVTOL air-taxi, a 1:10 locomotive. We model from your CAD or engineering data, print in sections, and hand-finish the livery in our Kuala Lumpur atelier, so the replica reads as the real machine from across the hall.

Replicas we've built

From a CAD assembly to a finished machine

Airliners in full brand livery, an electric air-taxi, a fighter in CAD, and a locomotive detailed to the railing — each modelled digitally, printed in our atelier, and finished by hand.

Accurate because it starts as data.

A replica is judged up close by people who know the real machine. So we start from your CAD or engineering drawings, model the digital twin, and sign it off with you before anything prints — then build it in sections over an internal frame and finish the livery by hand. It's the same process whether the result is a 1:10 display piece or a full-size mockup.

Modelled from your CAD or engineering data — accurate to the panel line, not eyeballed

Aircraft, rolling stock, and vehicles — commercial, eVTOL, and rail platforms replicated for display

Any scale: from a detailed 1:10 display piece to a full-size 1:1 mockup, sectioned to 7 metres

Printed in sections over an internal structure, then hand-finished and brand-painted in-house

Built for the exhibition floor — defence and aerospace trade shows, brand launches, museums, training rooms

FAQ

Replica & display models — your questions

Can you build a full-scale 1:1 mockup of an aircraft or vehicle?

Yes. Full-size pieces are printed in sections, joined over an internal structural frame, and finished as one continuous surface — we build assembled pieces up to 7 metres. Tell us the platform and the booth space and we plan the scale and sectioning around it.

What can you replicate?

Aircraft (commercial, eVTOL, and military types), locomotives and rolling stock, vehicles, and machinery — built from your CAD, engineering drawings, GA drawings, or a reference. We've made airliner models, an eVTOL air-taxi, and a 1:10 locomotive for a rail manufacturer.

How accurate is the model?

We model from your CAD or engineering data, so the replica is accurate to the panel line and proportion rather than a sculptor's approximation. We show you the CAD assembly for sign-off before anything is printed.

Do you make display models for defence and aerospace exhibitions?

Yes — non-functional display models and mockups for trade shows such as DSA and LIMA, plus museums, briefing centres, and training rooms. These are presentation pieces built to your reference; we don't produce functional hardware. Read our note on exhibiting at DSA / NATSEC Asia and how 3D printing is used for defence and security display equipment.

What scales and sizes do you cover?

From detailed 1:10 and 1:8 display models to full-size 1:1 mockups. For a trade-show centrepiece we'll recommend the scale that reads best from across the hall and still fits your stand and budget.

Do you paint the livery and branding?

Yes — all finishing is in-house. Brand-exact paint, livery, decals, and panel detailing; our AirAsia airliner was hand-painted to the exact brand red. Design and CAD work starts from RM 300; every replica is quoted per project.

How long does a replica model take, and can you hit an exhibition date?

Typically 3–6 weeks depending on size and detail. Fixed exhibition dates are planned backwards from the show open with margin — tell us the date first. We design, print, and finish in our Kuala Lumpur atelier and deliver nationwide.
