The world stage

When Malaysia showed the world its capital — we built it

A 4-metre × 4-metre model of Kuala Lumpur, fabricated for the Malaysia Pavilion at the World Expo in Japan — thousands of buildings printed in sections, assembled into one continuous city, and brought to life with a projection-mapping and music show. The kind of commission that only goes to a workshop that can be trusted on a world stage.

On the bench — hand-finishing, building by building

The craft

Printed by machines. Finished by hands.

Printing is the fast part. What makes a model read true is everything after — each building hand-painted, each tree placed, each base squared and cased. That bench work is why our models stand in sales galleries, not store rooms.

Why commission us

Architect-grade accuracy, developer deadlines

A model has one job: make the project real enough to trust — for the investor, the authority, the buyer in the gallery. We build for that moment, and we deliver to the date it happens.

FAQ

Scale models — your questions

What scales do you make architectural models in?

From 1:500 for masterplans down to 1:20 for feature and show-unit studies — masterplans, single buildings, podiums, and detail studies. Room-scale masterplans are built in printed sections and assembled on site.

Do I need a 3D file to commission a model?

No. Most of our model commissions start with drawings, references, a site plan, or a brief — not a CAD file. Our in-house design team builds the printable 3D model for you; the moment you can describe the project, we can quote it. If you already have a clean 3D file, even better — we work from STL, OBJ, STEP, or 3MF exports.

Can you produce many identical models — for donors, sales teams, or events?

Yes. Batch production is one of our strengths: dozens of identical building models, each finished to the same reference standard, individually based and cased. Commemorative and donor-gift models are a regular commission.

How long does an architectural model take?

A full-colour presentation model at 1:100–1:200 typically takes 3–4 weeks. White study models are faster; room-scale masterplans are planned individually. Tell us the presentation date and we work backwards from it.

Do you work under NDA for pre-launch developments?

Yes. Pre-launch developments are handled under NDA, with files and project details kept strictly within the project team.

Can the model travel — overseas exhibition or roadshow?

Yes. We build travel-ready models with sectioned construction, locking alignment pins, custom foam-cut cases, and assembly instructions. Tell us at the brief stage if the model is going abroad.

Ready to build something real?

Start with our guided intake process. No free consultations — only serious projects move forward.

Feasibility review may be required for high-risk or time-critical projects.
