Can you make a spare part from a broken sample or just a photo?
Yes. Most repair jobs start with the broken part in a courier bag or a few photos with measurements on WhatsApp. We reverse-engineer the geometry, recommend a material that matches or improves on the original, and send you the design for confirmation before printing.
Is a 3D printed part strong enough to replace the original?
For a large share of brackets, clips, housings, knobs, gears, and guides — yes, and we often reinforce the known failure point so the replacement outlasts the original. For high-heat or high-load parts we'll tell you honestly what material is suitable, or whether printing isn't the right answer.
How fast can I get a replacement part?
Simple parts are typically ready in 2–5 working days from design confirmation. Urgent production-down situations can often be expedited — tell us the situation and we'll plan around it.
Do you make jigs and fixtures for production lines?
Yes — assembly jigs, alignment fixtures, drilling guides, testing fixtures, and soft jaws, designed around your exact parts. Manufacturers use them to cut setup time and rework; we've documented tooling-cost reductions of around 60% versus machined equivalents.
Can you produce small batches, not just one piece?
Yes. Ten to several hundred units is our sweet spot — batch production with every unit to the same standard, like our public-transport terminal casings. No mould, no tooling cost, repeat orders on demand.
What do I do if I don't have a 3D file?
Nothing special — most of our repair clients never have one. Send the broken part, photos, or a sketch with measurements. Our in-house design team handles the CAD. If you do have a file, upload it at 3dforger.online for an instant quote.
