Sculpture, 3D printed.No mould. No month-long wait.

Custom statues, brand mascots, and parade-scale figures — modelled, printed, and finished in our Kuala Lumpur atelier. We print straight from your reference, so the sculpture matches it exactly, scales to 7 metres, and lands on the date that can't move. Our 1.6 m Ejen Ali statues were on the cinema premiere floor in 14 days.

3D printed vs fibreglass & cement

Why the method matters for a one-off

Traditional sculpture in fibreglass, FRP, or cement starts with a mould or slow hand-carving — costly to build, hard to revise, and only ever an approximation of the reference. We start from a digital model: nothing to mould, nothing to amortise, and a result that matches the source exactly and can be reprinted or rescaled at will. For the rare monolithic piece where traditional still wins, we'll say so — read our honest take on 3D printing vs FRP and fibreglass.

Why brief us

The unveiling doesn't wait. Neither do we.

A sculpture is judged once, up close, on a date nobody can move. Everything about our atelier — in-house finishing, sectioned large-format printing, backward-planned schedules — exists so that judgment goes your way. See how the 1.6 m statues came together in our Ejen Ali case study.

No mould, no tooling — we print straight from your reference, so a one-off costs like a one-off

Exact to the reference — a character, logo, or 3D scan reproduced to the millimetre, not hand-approximated

Up to 7 metres assembled — printed in sections, internally reinforced, finished as one continuous piece

1.6 m Ejen Ali character statues delivered in 14 days for a cinema premiere

In-house finishing: mirror chrome, gold, gloss, weathering — it leaves looking like metal, not plastic

Built to survive the venue — UV-stable outdoors, reinforced for a crowd touching it all day

FAQ

Custom sculpture — your questions

How big can a 3D printed sculpture be?

Assembled sculptures up to 7 metres. Larger-than-printer pieces are printed in sections, joined over an internal structural armature, and finished as one continuous surface — that's how our parade-scale figures and life-size statues are built.

Is a 3D printed sculpture cheaper than fibreglass or FRP?

For one-offs and exact characters, usually yes — because there is no mould to build first. Traditional fibreglass and cement sculpture amortise a costly mould or rely on slow hand-carving; we print straight from the digital model, so a single bespoke piece doesn't carry tooling cost. For very large monolithic shapes, we'll tell you honestly when a hybrid or traditional method is the better call. See our breakdown of 3D printing vs FRP and fibreglass.

Can you make a sculpture from a character, logo, photo, or scan?

Yes. We work from official references, illustrations, a 3D scan, or an AI-generated model, then clean and engineer it for print. Character and licensed work requires confirmation of IP rights before production. The result matches the reference to the millimetre rather than a sculptor's approximation.

Will it survive outdoors and a public crowd?

Yes. Outdoor and high-touch pieces get UV-stable finishes and reinforced internal structure, engineered for the venue and duration you give us. Tell us where it stands and how long, and we build to it.

How long does a custom sculpture take?

Standard fabrication is 3–4 weeks; production-ready briefs can be faster. Our 1.6 m Ejen Ali statues went from reference to the cinema premiere floor in 14 days. Fixed event dates are planned backwards from the venue date with margin — tell us the date first.

Do you design the sculpture, or only print it?

Both. Bring a finished 3D model and we print and finish it; bring a brief, a sketch, or a brand reference and our team designs it first. Design and CAD work starts from RM 300; printing has an RM 80 minimum. Every bespoke sculpture is quoted per project.

Where are you, and do you deliver across Malaysia?

We design, print, and finish in our Kuala Lumpur atelier at Sungei Wang Plaza, Bukit Bintang — with a walk-in shop. We deliver across the Klang Valley and nationwide, and crate larger installations for delivery and on-site assembly.
