1.6m Ejen Ali Exhibition Statues

The film production team needed multiple 1.6-metre life-size character statues installed across cinema lobbies nationwide for the Ejen Ali movie premiere. The premiere date was fixed and non-negotiable — any delay would mean missing the launch window entirely. The statues needed to withstand public handling, be lightweight enough for transport, and look screen-accurate.

We broke each statue into printable sections using a combination of FDM for large body segments and SLS for the detailed structural pins and joints. Each section was bonded, filled, sanded, and hand-painted by our finishing team to achieve the screen-accurate look the production company required. Assembly and final QC were completed in-house before nationwide dispatch.
